Led the adoption of a Data Mesh architecture enabling near-real-time data availability across business domains. Defined the tech stack (Snowflake, AWS), managed the product backlog, and delivered an end-to-end streaming pipeline with sub-500 ms latency (Kafka → Spark → MongoDB Atlas → Power BI).

Designed a centralised Data Lake to break down data silos and support legal reporting. Delivered on time with only 3 % over budget thanks to automated code-generation tooling and a robust canonical data model (Oracle, NiFi).
